The SCS used in this study was collected from the blue lightemitting diode (LED) manufacturing plant in Taiwan. Raw SCS was milled using chrome steel balls and passed through a mm sieve. After crushing in a ball mill, the fineness of the SCS powder was controlled to 300400 m 2 /kg.
